Structure (Electronic Record & Information Technology Management)

This division is responsible for activities relating to the management of the government's electronic records and the Archives' information and communications technology. Its principal activities include developing a standard and guide for managing and preserving electronic records, identifying and transferring the government's electronic records for permanent storage as well as enhancing the Archives' information system so as to facilitate the dissemination of and access to information in tandem with advancement in information technology, communications and multimedia.
