Structure (Memorial Archives Management)

The management is responsible for storing and preserving national heritage, including setting up and administering the memorial archives as a place to visit and a resource centre for history and research.

According to the National Archives of Malaysia Act 2003 [629], memorial archives means "an institution operated by the National Archives to house, conserve and exhibit any historical materials to commemorate an event or as remembrance of a person or other aspects of history and the archives housed therein."
